Seek resolution with case worker, then supervisor. Your case worker should help you arrange the meeting with their supervisor. However, you may also seek assistance from, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Client Services: 1-800-642-8589.

What to expect after filing and how to track the progress of your grievance?
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of the Inspector General, Board of Review (BOR) will provide a hearing process for grievants. Either an officer or judge will hear the case. You have the right to a judicial review if the decision is unresolved by State Agency.
