Are there any steps that must be taken prior to filing a grievance?

Start by speaking with your caseworker. If unresolved contact the DCFS regional office. If unresolved contact constituent services at dcfs@utah.gov or 801-538-4208. As a final method of addressing concerns, contact the Child Protection Ombudsman at ocpo@utah.gov or 801-538-4589.
