You are encouraged, but not required, to resolve the complaint locally with your case manager or local office

You may submit your completed complaint form using any of these three methods. Complaints are submitted to the Office of Consumer Affairs:

What to expect after filing and how to track the progress of your grievance?
The OCA acknowledges receipt of each complaint, informs the complainant whether the complaint meets the criteria for its acceptance, and provides the complainant information by mail or telephone regarding the procedures for investigating and resolving a complaint.
