Are there any steps that must be taken prior to filing a grievance?
You are encouraged to discuss any concerns or complaints with your service worker first. If unresovled, seek assistance from the supervisor. If concerns continue to be unresolved, you may file a complaint.

You may have to provide specific information and keep record of the persons involved, date of phone calls, meetings, letters, tasks done, etc.
