Preparation
Are there any steps that must be taken prior to filing a grievance?

The Division recommends you address concerns using the following steps:

  1. Contact your caseworker's supervisor
  2. Contact the Assistant Regional Administrator for your location
  3. Contact the Regional Administrator for your location
  4. Contact the Office of Children's Services Administrator

 

For complaints about unprofessional staff conduct, you can also contact the Division's Constituent Relations Liaison.
